Refund policy

1. General Policy

At Vishitrang, every piece is handcrafted with precision and undergoes a thorough quality check before shipping.
We ensure every customer receives adequate assistance before purchase to make an informed decision.

Hence, returns are not accepted, except in the case of:

  • Dispatch of an incorrect item, or

  • A verified manufacturing defect.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • All tags, packaging, and original bill must be intact.

  • The item must be shipped back through standard courier services only.

  • The customer is responsible for loss or damage until the product reaches us.

Return requests must be emailed to vishitrang@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Requests received after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for return or exchange.

3. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If the parcel appears tampered with, damaged, or unsealed, please do not accept or open it.

4. Processing of Returns

Once we receive and verify the returned product, we aim to process it within 7 working days.

You may choose to:

  • Receive a replacement product, or

  • Receive a refund as store credit (or a refund to your original payment method, subject to deductions for return shipping or restocking fees).

Refunds to debit/credit cards are initiated within 7 working days but the exact time may vary depending on your bank.

5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are not accepted on any grounds including:

  • Color variation (as minor differences may occur due to lighting and device display).

  • Fit or personal preference.

  • Customization requests such as tassels or fall pico stitching.

We do our best to represent product colors accurately and can share daylight photos on request before purchase.

If exchange requests are found to be repetitive or misused, Vishitrang reserves the right to refuse future requests.

6. Product Nature Disclaimer

All Vishitrang creations are handwoven, unique pieces.
Due to the nature of handcrafted fabrics:

  • Slight irregularities in weave, texture, or color are part of the fabric’s beauty and not considered defects.

  • Our pure, delicate textiles require careful handling, hence returns, exchanges, or cancellations can only be entertained in exceptional cases.
