1. Sale and Purchase of Goods

Vishitrang (“Seller”) agrees to sell, and You (“Buyer”) agree to purchase, the goods described on the checkout page of this website (“Goods”) in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Purchase Price

The Buyer agrees to pay the Purchase Price of the Goods as displayed at checkout on www.vishitrang.com at the time of purchase.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

Prices are subject to change without notice; however, confirmed orders will not be affected.

3. Payment Terms

  • The total amount for the Goods must be paid in full at checkout through the available payment methods.

  • Payment may be made via credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, or authorized payment gateways integrated on our site.

  • Vishitrang reserves the right to cancel any order if payment authorization fails or is later deemed fraudulent.

  • In the event of non-payment, the Seller may pursue remedies under law and recover associated costs, including legal and collection expenses.

4. Delivery

Delivery will be made in accordance with Vishitrang’s Shipping Policy in effect on the date of order placement.

  • Estimated delivery time for domestic orders is 5–7 working days, and for international orders is 7–10 working days, subject to location and customs clearance.

  • Delivery timelines are indicative only. Vishitrang shall not be liable for delays caused by courier issues, customs procedures, or force majeure events.

  • All Goods are carefully packaged according to Vishitrang’s standard quality and safety practices.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that the Goods can be lawfully imported into the destination country.

  • For international orders, the Buyer acts as the “importer of record” and must comply with all import laws and regulations of the destination country.

  • Vishitrang’s shipments are generally sent as Delivery Duty Paid (DDP), meaning all standard duties and taxes are prepaid.

  • In exceptional cases where duties or taxes are charged at delivery, please contact us at vishitrang@gmail.com for assistance.

  • Customs procedures may require the recipient to submit identity documents (e.g., tax ID, passport, or social security number) for clearance.

  • Customs delays are beyond our control and may affect delivery times.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty / Limitation of Liability

Vishitrang ensures all products are quality-checked before dispatch. However:

  • Vishitrang makes no additional warranties, express or implied, regarding the merchantability or fitness of Goods for a particular purpose.

  • Vishitrang shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the purchase or use of the Goods.

  • Our total liability in connection with any purchase shall not exceed the total amount paid for that specific order.

7. Colour Disclaimer

Due to variations in display technologies and lighting, product colors visible on screens may differ slightly from the actual product.
Differences may arise due to:

  • Monitor settings and calibration,

  • Device display characteristics, and

  • Lighting conditions during photography.

Minor color deviations do not constitute defects and are not grounds for return or exchange.

8. Price Disclaimer

Vishitrang takes utmost care to ensure product descriptions and prices are accurate.
However, in the rare event that an item is incorrectly priced or described, Vishitrang reserves the right to:

  • Cancel the order before dispatch, and

  • Offer a full refund or an opportunity to repurchase at the correct price.

9. Gift Cards

  • Vishitrang Gift Cards are non-refundable and non-transferable once issued.

  • Issuing the Gift Card to the designated recipient constitutes full and final fulfillment of the purchaser’s order.

  • Vishitrang is not responsible for any misuse or loss of Gift Cards after issuance.

10. Force Majeure

Vishitrang shall not be held responsible for failure or delay in fulfilling any part of an order due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters (fire, flood, earthquake, etc.)

  • War, strikes, labor disputes, or acts of government

  • Power failures or supply chain disruptions

  • Transportation delays or pandemics

In such events, Vishitrang shall make reasonable efforts to complete delivery once the event is resolved.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Vishitrang website, including images, text, graphics, and designs, is the intellectual property of Vishitrang.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited.

12. Privacy

Your use of this website and the information you provide is governed by our Privacy Policy.
By continuing to use our website, you consent to our collection and use of your information as outlined therein.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and more specifically, the laws of the State of Tamil Nadu.

In the event of any dispute, the parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tamil Nadu, India, and waive any objection to such jurisdiction.

14. General Provisions

  • The Buyer may not assign or transfer this Agreement without Vishitrang’s written consent.

  • If any term of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.

  • Vishitrang reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated version will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately.
