1. Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (Within India)

  • We offer Free Shipping on all domestic orders.
  • Estimated delivery time: 5–7 working days from the date of dispatch.
  • Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or courier issues.

International Shipping

  • International shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
  • Estimated delivery time: 7–10 working days, depending on destination.
  • Customers are responsible for all applicable customs duties, import taxes, and surcharges.

For high-value shipments, customers may be required to submit documents such as:

  • Passport
  • National identity number
  • Tax identification
  • Social security details

Failure to provide required documents may result in shipment return to India.
In such cases, no refund will be issued, and import duties or return charges may apply.

Remote Area Surcharge

In certain remote locations, our courier partner may apply an additional “remote area surcharge.”
If applicable, the customer will be notified and must bear this charge.

2. Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframes, delivery delays can occur due to:

  • Customs clearance
  • Weather or natural disruptions
  • Courier partner delays
  • Political or regional restrictions

Our team will proactively assist you in tracking and resolving any such issues.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be emailed or messaged to you.
You can use this link to track your order’s journey until it reaches you.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel your order only before it is shipped.
Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

  • If you cancel an order before dispatch, you may choose:
    • Store credit equal to your order value, or
    • A refund (after deduction of applicable payment gateway/bank processing charges).

Orders for which tassels, fall pico, or other customisations have been added cannot be cancelled.

5. Product Handling

Since our products are handwoven and delicate, each requires careful handling during shipping.
We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure safe delivery, but in the rare event of visible tampering, please do not accept the parcel and contact us immediately.
